Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Thank you for choosing Print + Press Studio for your purchases. We aim to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth shipping and pickup process for your orders.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 14–21 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise specified.
During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Any such delays will be communicated promptly.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
Free shipping may be offered for orders that meet specific criteria or during promotional periods. Details will be clearly communicated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Use this information to track your package’s status and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Local Pickup Policy
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified once their order is ready.
Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up within 30 days of notification unless prior arrangements have been made.
Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and:
- Returned to inventory
- Not eligible for refund
- Not guaranteed to be remade or replaced for custom items
Customers who repeatedly fail to pick up orders may be required to pay for shipping on future purchases instead of selecting local pickup.
Unpaid Orders
Items claimed during sales, live sales, or custom order invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe.
Unpaid orders may be canceled and returned to inventory for resale.
Customers who repeatedly claim items without payment may be required to prepay future orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
