How Ordering Works

  1. Submit Your Form–Fill out the custom order form with as much detail as possible. The more information you include, the faster we can process your order. 
  2. We Review Everything–We'll go over your request, artwork, sizing, quantities, and timeline to determine the best production method for your project. 
  3. Proof & Pricing–You'll receive a design proof and quote before production begins. Nothing goes into production without approval. 
  4. Production Begins–Once your invoice or deposit is paid and your proof is approved, your order officially enters production. 

Important Information

  • Turnaround times vary depending on order size, production type, and current workload. 
  • Rush orders may require additional fees. 
  • Mockups and colors may vary slightly from printed products as monitors/screens are in RGB color format and printers are in CMYK color format. 
  • Please upload high-quality artwork whenever possible.
  • We reserve the right to decline designs that violate copyright or trademark laws.

  • SVG or AI vector files
  • High-resolution PDFs
  • PSD or JPG files when applicable
  • Accepted file types: PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, JPG
